You are currently leading a large group in a major consultancy and possess the following attributes:

• A trusted and proven leader
• Passion for business /IT transformation grounded in reality
• Proven entrepreneurial expertise
• Knowledge and network across your given sector (central government, defence, aerospace, utilities, financial services are of special interest)
• Large scale programme experience (£10m to £multi billion)
• Strong commercials experience (a deal shaper)
• Evangelical qualities that cut across the business and technical communities
• Reasonable war wounds from large scale programmes
