Benefits Realisation Manager is required to join a team working on a large scale digital transformation programme and to develop benefits model, monitor benefits realisation and to document benefits and commercial aspects of technical solutions.
Required experience and skills:
- extensive experience in defining and implementing Benefits Realisation plans and strategies
- experience in managing and tracking the realisation of benefits in large complex IT transformation programmes
- deep understanding of business and programme delivery including cost management
- good knowledge of commercial aspects of IT solutions
- Business case development experience
- excellent stakeholder management skills
