Contact Centre Network Architect (Telephony, CTI, Networking) is required by a large organisation define, design and implement network architecture for a large scale contact centre.
Required experience and skills:
- track record in creating networking architecture for large contact centres
- broad experience with various vendors and technologies
- ability to lead commercial and technical evaluation of solution proposals
- 3rd party management experience
- broad experience with various aspects of of contact centre networking: telephony, CTI, data networking, VOIP etc..
