Dynamics 365 Architect (D365, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement) is required by a large organisation to provide technical leadership to a discovery phase of a large scale Dynamics 365 implementation.
Required experience and skills:
- experience in architecting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for CRM domain
- deep knowledge of Dynamics 365
- excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
- experience in leading a discovery phase for a technology innovation programme
