IT Service Management Business Analyst (ServiceNow) is required by a large organisation to join their team working on a large scale ITSM transformation programme creating a digital operations centre.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, leading workshops and contributing to the design of tooling environment that will support new ITSM solutions.
- Business Analyst by background with excellent requirements gathering and business process engineering skills
- excellent client facing and communication skills
- good experience with creating solutions based on ServiceNow
- experience in working closely with 3rd party technology providers ideally within consulting/professional services environment
- broad experience with various ITSM tools will be beneficial
