IT Service Management Business Analyst (ServiceNow, ITIL) is required by a large organisation to join their team working on a large scale ITSM transformation programme creating a digital operations centre.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, leading workshops and contributing to the design of new ITSM solutions based on ServiceNow.
- Business Analyst by background with excellent requirements gathering and business processes workflows documentation skills
- excellent client facing and communication skills
- good experience with creating solutions based on ServiceNow
- End to end ITIL based process design and delivery
- broad knowledge of Business Analysis tools and methodologies
- any experience in defining digital operations centre will be beneficial
- experience in working closely with 3rd party technology providers ideally within consulting/professional services environment, any experience of in-sourcing IT services will be an advantage
- broad experience with various ITSM tools will be beneficial
